David Tanner appointed as Advisor

Baseload Technology is pleased to announce that David Tanner has accepted an advisory role with the company. David is a professional engineer and has been a leader in the energy industry, pioneering the design and construction of many fuel fired and heat recovery plant designs in both the utility and large industrial power plant area in Australia and Southeast Asia.
David worked for Babcock Energy (UK and Australia) in the 1980’s including work on the steam generator systems for the AGR’s (Advance Gas Cooled Reactors) in the UK. On returning to Australia, David has held senior project and engineering management roles in steam power plant engineering companies ABB, ALSTOM, and AE&E, and is an active member of both Engineers Australia and the Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE).
David currently works on a range of new and traditional thermal energy applications. David was awarded the EA Sydney “Engineer of the Year" award in 2004, and is a Senior Associate at Boiler & Power Plant Services, an Energy and Plant Consulting Business.
